1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sonder.courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Sonder.courses provides an online learning platform offering short courses across compliance, leadership, personal development, health and wellness, and more. Courses are delivered via streaming and are accessible on any device with an internet connection.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access paid content, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Plans & Payment

We offer the following access plans:

  • Taster (Free) — Access to 1 course, no payment required
  • Explorer (Annual) — Full library access, billed annually
  • Forever (Lifetime) — Full library access with a one-time payment

All plan prices are denominated in Euros (€). Prices displayed in other currencies are approximate conversions provided for convenience and are pegged to the Euro equivalent at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your region. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

5. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime Access" refers to access for the operational life of the Sonder.Courses platform. It does not guarantee perpetual or indefinite access. In the event that Sonder.Courses ceases operations or discontinues the platform, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice and, where practicable, make course materials available for download as PDF. Sonder.Courses shall not be liable for any loss of access resulting from discontinuation of the platform or cessation of business operations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Download, copy, or redistribute course content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access our platform
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Annual subscribers may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sonder.courses is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Data Storage & Privacy

All user data, including account information and usage records, is stored exclusively on servers located within the European Union. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy in full compliance with applicable EU data protection regulations.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
